What does FSC® certified mean?
The FSC® is a highly respected, global organisation that sets standards for sustainable forest management. Forests certified by the FSC® meet a set of environmental, social and economic requirements. When products are FSC® Certified it means they come from forests that are managed in a sustainable way. For more information head to fsc.org/en.
How can I tell if products are FSC® Certified?
The FSC® Label lets you know, at a glance, whether products come from forests that meet certain sustainability requirements. It's an easy-to-spot, globally trusted certification mark featuring a green tree with a check mark. We use it on our website and on our products so you can make the right choice, fast. Read the FSC® guide for further details.
Is CLIMADOOR FSC® certified?
Forests help humanity thrive and keep our planet healthy. So naturally, we're super-proud to manufacture products which contain materials sourced from sustainably managed forests.
CLIMADOOR products are certified Certified FSC® Mix INT-COC-003944.500.
'FSC® Mix' means that at least 70% of forest-based material in a product is from a mix of FSC® certified forests, recycled materials and controlled wood. Controlled wood isn't FSC® certified, but is from forests that have to meet rules set by the FSC®.
