Sizing information

Our range of internal flush doors includes a number of different styles and sizes.

Choose between 12 Standard Sizes: 7 imperial (1981mm high and 35mm thick) and 5 metric (2040mm high and 40mm thick). With standard 35mm and 40mm doors, long edges are supplied with 28mm solid softwood lippings for up to 48mm of trimming in width (24mm either side). Short edges (top and bottom) are supplied with a 90mm trim zone for up to 160mm of trimming in height (80mm top and bottom) giving you ultimate flexibility to trim to meet your opening size. 

Need this design supplied as a fire door? Choose between 15 FD30 Sizes: 10 imperial (1981mm high) and 5 metric (2040mm high) – all 44mm thick. Long edges and short are supplied with 18mm solid softwood lippings for up to 24mm of trimming in width (12mm either side).
